Just wanted to point out that I can finally use the software that I bought about a year ago now. Please check out the FlashChat link from the Home page here.

This is a feature rich program that integrates with the forum users here, so as long as you are already on the site and logged in when you open it, it will automatically log you in and you'll be ready to chat. I'm still configuring it, so it will take some time to get squared away, but it does function.

Still works fine for me, strange. I logged out and back in, checked settings, and such. I'll see if I can change it.

I set a policy to force the chat box size to a smaller size, try again and see if it helps at all.

I dunno, I didn't really change anything on it except disable the mp3 module. It didn't really seem to affect me, but I'll go back over the rest of the stuff and see what I changed.

Have you tried another browser to see if it is the same?

I've tried restarting browser and i've tried restarting the whole computer. I'm not in a position to go installing other browser on state equipment, however so I can't try another type of browser. It worked just fine earlier when we were talking, and a bunch of times i opened it up after that when you werent there, before you got the status block put on the front page. I do notice that it's blocking a popup now, and that popup is the chat log. Did setting me to a mod somehow mess things up?

Nah, I haven't done that yet. The only thing I've done is add the block, but it was there earlier also. I've just been working with the colors attached to the tags for the specific entries into the block.

I'll create a test account and send you the info. Log into the boards here with the information, then click on the link to go to the chat room and see if it does the same thing.

Actually, I just tried in internet explorer, and it seems to have done the same thing you were talking about.

Still the same. I see now how the chat is made up of windows. I have the window to type in, and the window that shows ppl in the room. I'm missing the conversation window.

Yea, I'm able to manipulate that one with internet exploder, but I can't even see the chat one. Firefox still works like a champ though. *shrug* I'm still digging, maybe I can find the answer soon. I've tried flipping all of the templates and such and it doesn't seem to do much of anything.

disabling the block didn't help. But anywho, I went back in and tried checking some of the static settings for boxes inside the chat room, I reverted one back to default that I had changed when you said you had the problem fthe first time, and it now works in IE7. *shrug* so I have it working now it seems. Check yours and let me know.
